Responsibilities
Responsible for the spiritual guidance/vision and leadership of the ChristWay Church family and community.  Responsible for the fiscal integrity and business operations of the total ChristWay Ministry.

Professional Preparation
Graduate of Mortimer Jordan High School; Earned an Associates Degree from Faulkner State Community College; Earned Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Honors and Awards
Ordained Bishop in the Church of God/Cleveland, Tennessee: District Overseer, Member of the Alabama COG State Council; Adjudicator on the State Examining Board; Master Pastor/Ministerial Internship Program; Member of the Global Pastors Network; Member of the Pastoral Ministries Covenant Group; and numerous other State Committees.

Professional Service
Served as Pastor of ChristWay for 28 years.  He has led the congregation from its beginning as North Birmingham Church of God into becoming one of Alabama’s fastest growing congregations.  The Ministry Campus is located in the heart of Gardendale, Alabama.  Pastor Bryant has declared ChristWay Church to be a church with a regional (7 counties) vision and outreach.  He demonstrates a genuine love for people and a compassionate desire to see ChristWay become a place of Living, Giving, and Forgiving.

Miscellaneous
Pastor Bryant has been married to his wife, Linda, for 40 years; They have three married children and seven grandchildren – all actively involved in the ministry of ChristWay Church.  He is an avid golfer and loves to vacation with his entire family.
