Responsibilities
To Minister to children ages 4-12; to prepare and teach lessons to children each Sunday Morning; and to recruit and train teachers for Sunday School and Wednesday Evening Services.

Professional Preparation
Graduate of Warrior High School; Earned a Masters Degree from UAB in Education with emphasis in Math; Earned Recognition as a National Board Certified Teacher; Ordained Bishop in the Church of God/Cleveland, Tennessee; Wife, Brandie, earned a Masters Degree in English Language Learning (ELL).

Professional Service
Served as Children’s Pastor at ChristWay for the past 10 years; Children’s/Youth Assistant at Warrior Church of God from 1995-1998; Taught 7th grade math at Berry Middle School in Hoover from 1998-2001.  For the past seven years has taught 7th grade math at Bragg Middle School in Gardendale; Wife, Brandie has served the past 10 years as ELL Director for the Fairfield City School System.

Honors and Awards
National Board Certified in November, 2007.

Speaker/Presenter at the National Children’s Leader’s Association (NCLA) Conference, as well as other local children’s ministry conferences.  2007 Presenter at the Central Alabama Math Conference in Tuskegee, Alabama.
